Every fifteen minutes reservations are retrieved and instantaneously the availability at all connected booking sites are adjusted accordingly.
• Database level
WEBCONpro reads and writes on a database level. A change in the appearance of a booking site does not affect the way in which WEBCONpro retrieves or distributes data.
Flexible Payment
• Easy and clear - based on sold room nights or per reservation
You buy prepaid 'credit bundels' and each time a reservation is made and delivered by WEBCONpro, a credit per room night is automatically deducted from your bundle. If the bundle is empty or if it has expired you purchase a new one.
• Easy and clear - based on number of connected distribution channels
You pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of distribution channels and/or reservation sites that will be connected to you WEBCONpro account, this will include unlimited reservations and/or sold room nights.
• Extra connections without extra costs
Theoretically you can manage a 100 booking sites simultaneously at the same price per room night but without it costing you more time, if you chose option based on sold room nights and/or per reservation fee price model.

• Restrictions
If a booking site offers the use of any of the most commonly used restrictions (Minimum Stay, Maximum Stay, ClosedForArrival CTA and ClosedForDeparture CTD ) then so does WEBCONpro.
• Rate parity
WEBCONpro offers three rate parity groups. This gives you more influence over which booking sites may sell your rooms at what rate and/or which restrictions apply.
Free booking engine
Every WEBCONpro user may use a free booking engine for the own hotel website which is managed through the WEBCONpro extranet.
